Cleaning and Repair of Area Rugs, Orientals and Carpets

Whether your rug is oriental, silk, domestic, shag, cotton, imitation, or reversible, Parkway can do the job. All rugs are hand washed, air dried, and a fabric protectant is applied. We also offer repair and restoration services, including fringe and carpet reweaving.

Along with our rug and carpet cleaning and restoration services, we can also provide rug padding cut to fit any size piece – large or small. Padding gives your rug a softer texture and a more comfortable feel, keeps your rug from sliding around and keeps the fiber from being crushed, which can cause premature aging. Padding is especially effective in high traffic areas.

Parkway offers pick-up and delivery for smaller rugs and we can also pick up, deliver and even roll out your larger rugs (over 6 feet in length) for a nominal fee.

We recommend that you clean your rugs at least once every two years. If the rug is in a high traffic area of your home, such as the front or back door, you should clean the rug every year.
